What a wonderful place to celebrate our 27th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you for the upgrade to the Martha Washington Suite. Room service was excellent as was the staff .

Within walking distance of many great restaurants and sites. You can walk to Kings St. or the hotel shuttle will take you. The walk is easy!

Hotel room (1116) is clean , neat and has a good LCD TV , microwave and refrigerator . Desk staff friendly . There's a $20 parking charge and wi-fi is $10/night. Pillows comfy .

Skip the hotel bar and walk 3 blocks to TJ Stone's - 200+ beers , full dining room and friendly people.

Fantastic views from the River View Rooms. I'm currently looking at the Potomac River , Capital Dome and can see the National Cathedral in the distance.

1. We don't have s fridge , maybe you have to request a room with one? 2. Guest laundry facilities available at a reasonable $1.25.

Management: teach your bartenders how to tend a bar . 5 people were at the bar with no drinks and your bartender came by only to tell everyone that she needed to do paperwork before pouring drinks.

Great views of the city . Fun watching planes taking off at night. Who knew?

Also, the breakfast buffet in the morning is well worth the money!

The beds and pillows are really comfortable .

People at the bar is NOT friendly at all and Internet is too slow and they charge 9 dollars for it! Rooms are spacious , the hotel has a very nice view .

Don't know if it was the whole floor or just my room 1206, but the water pressure was not that great and it took a good 20 minutes for the hot water to get hot.

The restaurant service was very, very slow BUT the tator tots were sublime. The room is small but nice.

Van is never there, 15 min ride only runs on hour and half hour. Two stops airport Two stops at hotels !

No coffee in lobby 24 hours . I thought this was standard practice. I agree with slow service at the restaurant . Order food here then place a pizza order. Bet pizza gets here quicker

All Crowne Plazas are NOT created equally. This one is more like a Holiday Inn , but the location is nice.

Hotel Sucks! A/C doesn't work, floor is all wet by the a/c and the room smells like mildew. They refuse to switch the room because they are apparently sold out.

Nice hotel at a reasonable rate . But wow..how can a bar staff suck that bad? They've perfected the art of poor service.

if you ask for a microwave and refrigerator , it sucks if you bring food

Overcooked strip steak . 5 people in the restaurant w 2 waiters , still took 15 mins to bring bill after eating

Kitchen closes at 10, so if you get in late, you might want to find food somewhere else.

Be patient with the bar staff . They're not very good.

Dont eat at the restaurant ! My eggs were first super hard then super runny. How hard is it to cook an egg ! 17 dollar disaster
