One of the worst Starbucks I have visited. The downstairs areas is littered with many many used cups and the toilet is a disgrace. Staff are friendly but seem to mess up simple orders over and over

Download the app, top it up and use as payment method if you just have your phone. Fantastic way to pay! With the rewards card benefit too!

Interesting new partnership with Pod. Nice to be able to get fresh scrambled eggs in the morning. Also nice and cool downstairs .

There is a waiter named Danilo that I think he missed the class of "happy and nice" spirit of Starbucks.

Barista didn't even know how to process payments using the Starbucks app. No seating available either.

The staff here really need some remedial training . Got drink order wrong twice in a row. It wouldn't hurt to be friendly either.

Clean your toilets !

Staff aren't very organised and there are a lot of tourists . So don't expect to have a nice sit down coffee .

Excellent service every time, so tip well !

If you ask for hot water, they fill half a cup.

don't go here. No seats, and if you want to risk the 'seating downstairs ' good luck with the dingy basement feel, and steady toilet rushes. Moody staff , coffee not even hot - don't do it.
