In a city where servers have a bad attitude, Pez Vela stands out both for its amazing service and delicious food. The Patatas picantes are amazing, and si is the butifarra paella .

Fun beach front restaurant with decent service and good food. Enjoy the tapas (get the small fried fish 🐟 )to start with and finish off with the paella . Enjoy the beach vibe with wine 🍷

Awesome place with high quality dishes, whatever you order it'll be good. Not all the staff is very friendly , and the prices are high. Worth for the location.

Great atmosphere. I personally liked it better in the warmer weather, but was still amazing. Awesome paellas . Lobster in brothy rice was good, but a little messy. Desserts were good too.

Get the menú Chiringuito if you come alone. I ordered the arroz de Calamarcitos, gambas y almejas with it and it was fantastic. The helado de turrón is probably one of the best I've had.

Great place for lunch or dinner . Try the vegetarian or fish paella . The ham croquetes are quite good as well but nothing beats te view if the Mediterranean with Barcelona city in the background.

One of the best paellas in BCN, with great views of the beach . And the clams are a must.

Get the seafood paella , don’t think twice!

Paella was great. This place is pricey but deserves it, cause everything was so delicious. You may want to make a reservation to sit outside with a better view of the beach .

Lobster broth paella is good, galician octopus is fantastic, nougat ice cream is the way to finish an amazing meal! The coolest place in Barcelona! Not cheap though. 😎

It's pricey but this stylish , casual beach side restaurant is a great Sunday afternoon hangout. It is busy at weekends with affluent locals and their kids but still feels chilled. Booking essential.

Disappointing, worst meal in Barcelona. 44€ paella for 2 with 6 small shrimps , clams and a few pieces of squid , green salad made with cheap iceberg lettuce... A meal for birds with bad service. Avoid!

We been here in late hours when the kitchen already closed.. They have good drinks and free wifi

They serve real paella : a thin layer of rice (not with chorizo , frankfurt or whatever). In addition, you can enjoy of the beach and the sight of the coast. Desserts were good too. I'll return.

Paella is more al dente , depends on whether you like that. Tastes good but the finish was too gritty for me. Their roast chicken is a solid dish. Awesome Apple tart too.

Paella is great .. Tartar was ok .. Loved the beans and clams .. Burrata rocket was very good and so were the desserts - apple pie and naugat...

A big DISAPPOINTMENT! Had a seafood paella for two and it was barely enough. Besides that you could count the clamps and squids on one hand! So actually we paid €47 for some rice . Really a bummer.

Good paella ( classic paella with prawn only ). Their ice cream is 👍👍 ( nougat ice cream )

Arugula salad is good, and one of the best Riesling wines I ever had. Great views of Barcelona landscape

We had tapas and paella , nice and no fancy stuff. Service was good. Overall a nice restaurant kinda average, as I did not pick the bill, price value is a difficult call :-)

We came there for the paella but were very disappointed. We paid €44 for paella for two and got barely nothing. 5 clamps en a few pieces of baby squid . The sangria was very good though.

Great beach restaurant by tragaluz. Book way in advance, especially in the summer weekends. Tapas from 4pm as kitchen closes for a few hours

The squid and black rice paella is amazing. As are the potatoes . Super cute view too

I am not really into paella but this one was fair enough. Spicy chorizo and shrimp paellas were the best.

Clams are simply out of this world! Kids had the charcoal grilled chicken , very very good!

Just avoid this place. One of the typical examples where the how it looks like is so far from how service and food is. Every dish was bad. Unkind service. Overpriced for what it is.
