If you're looking for good customer service see Neil, was very helpful and knowledgeable about his product. A+
Customer Service.is non existent. I walked around aimlessly until Devon came and helped and he was also the only cashier . Plenty of staff hanging out in gaming and celll phones though.

Service here is terrible. Been waiting 45min for someone to open a case so I can spend some money. There are three of us waiting in the audio section. This is a joke.
