Very helpful. Replaced the defective camera on my phone and had me on my way in less than an hour.
They even have a kids table with iPads to play with while you chat.
Very helpful Genius Bar . They did a full diagnostic workup on an iPhone for no charge. ????????
Definitely make an appointment... This place becomes swamped after 5:00 when all the people in Polaris who messed up the iPhones and MacBooks come in after work.

Sales staff act like you are a pain in their ass. Service sucks! I had to track down and approach a sales person. No it wasn't busy hell a few were just standing around talking.
