When you walk in tell the guy what you are looking for and he will direct you and call the dept ahead of time.

The staff was very helpful in helping me pick out a computer.

Their phone offers are awesome... $1 for smartphones with 2-year contract. The Best Buy protection plan had saved our butts and our phones!!

Extremely overpriced (here's a fun exercise, look at the overpriced monster HDMI cables at Walmart, and then go to best buy and see they are $20 more for the exact same cable!). Very pushy salesmen.

The customer service here sucks! I came in to exchange a remote and it took an hour and a half! Ridiculous! They also said I couldn't get a new remote without paying an extra $50! I do not recommend!

If you are going to buy an Apple Product. Go to the Apple Store. Same price and Apple employees "know" the product so much better!

I like Best Buy in general but avoid the Geek Squad . They're really over-priced and usually don't know what they're doing anyway.

The way they push the credit card on you is like being in a cult and not wanting to drink the kool aid. Walk away. You don't need it.

Better to order what you need online or go to Microcenter

Service was just OK and they couldn't get it together to recycle my wife's old phone, necessitating another trip. They also didn't do the phone migration for her - something every other retailer does

I always wonder why I come to the store customer service sucks. I'm ready to drop big bucks on a new TV no one seems to care

Worst shopping experience ever. They don't have the ability to accept e-gift cards in their store, even though the instructions to do so are ON IT. There's no where for you to print it either.

Biz must be good. No one offered to assist me in purchasing big screen tv for work's silent auction. Will try elsewhere.
