The best time to go is early in the morning or late at night. Take advantage of their late night hours when no one is around hogging the machines.
Great to go when there's not too many people there. A lot of club goers tend to either hog the machines and/or people watch , which can be annoying at times

its not they dont have a kids section my kid doesnt get gym at school
