They are helpful for tourists but i dont know why, they direct you to only one or two banks if you speak english although you may easily comminicate with many other banks .
Make sure that you have plenty of time because of long waiting to be served.
Hier kann man nach über einer Stunde Zugverspätung gerne nochmal ein halbes Stündchen anstehen, bevor man abgefertigt wird - im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Vielen Dank.
Im Reisebüro kann man sich für Flinkster anmelden.

Beim Ziehen eines Wartetickets: leider werden hier schon mal Nummern übergangen und dann hat man umsonst gewartet :(
