The U With Spicy Pork : This Momofuku kiosk at Columbus Circle specializes in bangs, or tender Asian flatbreads , served hot with a handful of fillings, including pieces of lacquered pork .
It’s all incredible. If you get there right at 11am when they open for lunch , you get the crispy outer bits from the rotisserie.
