I've been going to this place on & off since it 1st opened - I try to avoid the 6am-7am rush & the 5-7pm rush & it can get too crowded , bring water & towels, I love the lap pool too. Try some classes .

It is a amazing places. The staffs here are very nice and you can get the free water and consultant .

Most friendliest gym you'll find in the world. Ask anyone for advice and they'll give it. Straight models, actors, and exotic dancers (guys & girls) workout here!

If you want to do some High-intensity interval training (HIIT), the treadmills have a handy-dandy "Speed Interval" mode for you alternating periods of sprints and recovery.

Hit up the cardio machines upstairs to continue fitting into that you dress you love so much. Healthy eating and exercise is part of a fashionista's lifestyle.

Never tell a guy on steroids to wipe down his sweaty machine when he walks away! He almost beat the poor kid up! O_O!

If you like to rinse off after your workout, bring your own soap/shampoo. They stopped refilling the ones in the showers . Cheap bastards.

They just redid this gym so it’s a lot nicer. Phone Reception is trash. they do have WiFi but it’s slow.
