3 out of 5 times, my order was either late or wrong. At least the green tea is free and delicious but this wagamama is off my list.

Genuinely terrible service. The staff have that special combination of laziness and incompetence. Food is nice, if and when you ever get it.
I made the mistake and returned after a horrible first time. Gyoza super dry and half frozen, Chicken Katsu Curry is a disgrace for that prize.
