It's all katsu all the time, so it's a limited but focused menu. They deep fry to order. Excellent service . Cold towels to start and then hot tea to end. Try the aged pork loin !
Make reservations ahead of time esp in covid and try the aged pork tenderloin and oysters ! Soo tender and perfectly fried
Three kinds of Japanese pickles are served at first. You can choose one of three kind of rices . Try Loin cutlets and fillet cutlets . Will come back again very soon.
Best tonkatsu I've ever had. Pork is so tender
Grind your sesame seed well before applying sauce. As close to Japan as you can get katsu wise
The tonkatsu is quite good, though ticker than what I am used to. The prices are pretty high, but they cheap out by using the cheapest disposable chopsticks and very flimsy napkins.
(5/5) Spacious restaurant serving up tonkatsu served multiple ways, but done perfectly regardless: super crispy , juicy, and somehow, not particularly greasy either. Be prepared for the LONG waits .
The tonkatsu is quite good, and thicker than what I am usually used to, but to hey cheap out on the disposable chopsticks and flimsy napkins.
The oysters are the best I've ever had
Might be the best tonkatsu I've ever had. Not hyperbole.
If ordering a bento set, go with the seasoned rice .
Shrimp katsu is so delicately crispy .
Love this rice
