Unique thing here is that they fry the ordered pieces for the dry version before serving, which also includes dousing in a generous gravy of minced pork . Don't miss the Tou fu which is really soft.

Newly renovated since September 2015. Yong tau foo place by day (10am-3pm) and Asian fusion tapas bar after 3pm. Quite strange to pick and eat YTF at a hipster joint, but the food is still good.

Flavours are pretty on point thanks to the soy sauce-abundant gravy (or ajinomoto) and fatty oil. Size of the YTF, however is abysmal. Fish paste is..wait, what fish ? fish-flavored flour u mean? Sigh

They have the soup version, though I'm not sure why anyone would skip out on the delicious gravy for the dry version !

Fantastic yong tau foo . Go early to get seats as it can be very crowded during lunch

Try the noodles , Camembert toast , otah, iberico pork , bak kwa....

Don't come in big groups. Try the noodles . Also the sauce is awesome it's like nectar from the teat of a goddess

Go for the dry version—very unique gravy and pan-fried ingredients.

Siglap main branch is better. Bitter gourds are extremely bitter here.
