This is not a spin class . It's an indoor cycling class to train for outdoor cycling. Be warned. Our instructor was quite condescending but I did like the class . It really pushes you to your limits!
These guys are brilliant and incredibly fast. I brought my bike in for repair and I was out with my fixed bike after 20mins, without being charged much!!
