Located just beside the River Thames, this place is rumored to be haunted by the ghost of the Duchess of Lauderdale, so aside from the lush greens, you can also have an eerie ghost hunt adventure.

Contrary to all indications the walls are not edible. Can't believe that I carried that jar of piccalilli around all day. Does anyone know a good dentist around here?

HISTORY UK

No dogs are allowed in this 17th century aristocratic home, so if you see one it will be the ghost of the Duchess of Lauderdale’s dog. She herself was once a famously beautiful and ambitious resident.
