Air conditioned , free wifi , friendly people, cool architecture .

Amazing store, really big, with a lot of products to be seen and tested.

The stuff was so polite and friendly , they were ready to help us with everything. Also the security was checking, if everyone is waring their masks.

Crappy system. All I want to do is buy a phone and I had to talk to one guy who sends me to wait by the phone table. No idea how long they will make me wait until they let me pay them 900€.

Worst service ever. It's impossible to get an appointment online and you have to come to the store and make EXTREMELY LONG LINES. Apple is making the WORST customer service ever!

Gran tienda! Para quienes venimos a Madrid seguido es una excelente opción para no tener que desplazarnos hasta Parquesur. Estupenda atención y buena onda.

No dejéis de visitar el sótano . Han mantenido los cimientos originales del edificio. Hay una historia gráfica de la emblemática nueva sede de #Apple

Al estar en la Puerta del Sol , está siempre lleno de gente trasteando en internet o jugando . Si de verdad quieres ver los productos, tienes q pedirle a algún dependiente q les eche y te lo enseñe

Lo han dejado muy bien, con unas columnas muy bonitas de hierro en el interior. En cuanto a tienda tiene tres plantas. Eché en falta más iMac y Mac Pro.

Preciosa. El trabajo de renovación del edificio es increíble. La Genius Bar 360 funciona muy bien y al menos por ahora parece haber disponibilidad en todos los productos.

Excelente atención en venta y post venta. Quienes atienden tienen amplios conocimientos concretos de cada producto.

Es el edifico más grande de Apple de toda Europa, pero no es la tienda más grande. De hecho, la del Paseo de Gracia en Barcelona es más grande.

Si vienes a arreglar alguno de tus aparatos Apple mejor que pidas cita en el Genius Bar antes, porque nunca hay citas para el mismo día.

Idéalement situé sur la Puerta del Sol, le magasin est très spacieux et vraiment agréable. Un commerce incontournable à voir sur cette place .

Espacios muy amplios y diáfanos siguiendo la línea de Apple . Siendo flagstore y en la capital de España se echa en falta un pequeño auditorio
