Iberostar 70 Park Avenue

Give this establishment a try for business travel . Great mid-town location, friendly staff . Only thing is elevators are f***ing slow so leave 5 mins before you need to leave to stay on time.

I can't say enough about this place. From Christopher to Maria or all of housekeeping staff . I love the service. After a year we check and hear welcome back before we say who we are. Amazing staff !

This is a great location, nice (but small) rooms, polite and helpful staff , comfy beds , quiet and private. But lacks the whimsical flair of most other Kimpton hotels .

King Deluxe room is AMAZING. Comfortable bed , big TV , jets in the tub, well appointed room, beautiful design, cute lobby, friendly staff . Never dissapointed with a Kimpton! Treated GREAT as a member!

Great staff . Very nice rooms, although some of them are on the smaller side, but most are decent by NYC standards. Wine hour is fun too.

Clean and newly renovated, bed is comfy , room is cramped.

Make sure you sign up for their loyalty program InTouch prior - it's worth it! You get to raid the minibar!

If you look like you belong (i.e., a hotel guest ), they have free wine tastings in the lobby everyday 5pm-6pm. Shit, I may have just blown my cover!

No breakfast or bar at the hotel , but loads nearby - I recommend Scottys Dinerat 336 Lexington Av

Great location, great rooms and great Kimpton service

The rooms at best-kept-secret 70 Park Avenue aren’t huge but they’re extremely smart (and a “romance sommelier ” will swish them up even more upon request).

Rooms on the backside of the hotel don't have a good view , but are very quiet !

Stroll four blocks north to sip Scotch at the swanky 1920s cocktail bar , Campbell Apartment , nestled away in Grand Central Station.

They haven't saved happy hour here for 2 years!

Four girls, one hotel room and one bathroom ... Yikes, right!?!?... 70 Park Ave made it easy, great double queen room! We had a blast!

Avoid the basic rooms on the lower floors. The traffic noise is hard to sleep through.

На букинге говорят, что это 5*. Это не так. Слабенькие 4* без претензий на большее. Сранивал с 3* в Мариотте - особой разницы не углядел. В Мариотте за меньшие деньги еще и кормили.
