W New York - Times Square

Gorgeous location! You're right in the heart of Times Square. The W New York is literally a home away from home for business travel. Smooth service, awesome views and plenty of dining/drinking options

On my top 5 list of hotels to stay at when you are in the city . Near all the major production offices and recording studios . Can't forget the amazing staff , concierge , room service , etc...

Good rooms! The higher floors are obviously ideal. The 7th floor lobby area is really nice. Not only is there great seating with complimentary wifi , but the bar is awesome (especially for Happy Hour )!

My fav hotel in NYC, its in the middle of Times Square, walking distance to anything and everything a person would want or need with great views and modern rooms .. a bit expensive though, obviously ????

Nice view and room isolation from Times Square noise. Good place if you like to stay at Times Square with all its good and bad things

The hotel rooms were small, but comfortable & the location a few steps from Times Square was amazing. The bar on the 7th floor next to the front desk was very loud & aggravating & gave me a headache.

Really cool lobby. The views from the rooms are nice. The suites also have enough space that you can have some friends over to relax.

They renovated their lounge on the 7th floor . Strong drinks . Amazing seating. There's also a photobooth !

I like the location and the room size but which 5 star hotel does not provide coffee and tea amenities in the room? No kettle and no coffee machine . Have to call whenever/whatever everytime?

The best place in Midtown for a drink or two. By 2 am they do a last call, so don't be tol long!

The view up here is sick and the DJ and the Bartender keeps you alive! Def a great happy hour location!

Loved the suite even though there was no coffee maker but Starbucks right there front of the hotel ????

If you have to buy souvenirs, check out the place on the left side of the stairs, coming from south. Huge and convenient!

If you are strolling around Times Square and need a bathroom , confidently go to the elevators and make your way up to the restrooms !

The WOW Suites with a view on Times Square simply give you the inspiration and the vibe you would expect from the Big Apple. The opaque curtains are very useful here!

Guests should book a ride in the Acura experience as soon as you check in as availability is always tough. Who doesn't love a free and fancy cab?

Best pillows I've ever had in a hotel & super friendly front desk staff , but make sure you request a floor without animals...the first night my floor sounded like a kennel :-(

The coolest doormen in all the NYC hotels , TJ, Joe, Jose, Frankie, Charlie, Patrick & Really cool staff too, on rainy days they give away free umbrellas to guests & it's pet friendly

Make sure you visit this place at night for the full effect. But make sure you have eaten because the restaurants around this part are atrocious.

Great hotel in the middle of Times Square!

If you want to experience classic authentic New York bar scenes and night life, this is the place to be -- at least once in your lifetime.

One bartender was very rude when told the champagne she poured was flat and proceeded to argue. The hotel is very nice and modern in the heart of Times Square.

There's a new interactive billboard shows crowd live. Everybody swings wildly trying to dunk a character into a pool. Apparently people in Times Square weren't already behaving erratically enough

We'd pick the W Union Square over here, but this lobby is great if you need free WiFi and a cocktail in a pinch. They also have the W Hotels store to the left of reception.

Time square is awesome I recommend to go the observation stand and view all of time square

Height of luxury ! Beautiful bar with swanky cocktails .

Great place to go to get away from New Yorkers. Trouble is there are 1 million tourists standing in line for cheap Broadway Tix. Avoid.

Central location, large for NYC room. Elevators make you transfer oddly at 7th floor lobby and charge you for water bottles that look complimentary .

Bartenders at the hotel bar are bitchy and snobbish. Don't tip them.. Maybe a dollar.

Get room service as often as possible. Each time we come it is always great, and the only hotel I trust on a consistant basis for room service .
