This place is one of my favorite Starbucks. It's usually pretty quiet and has enough seating if you want to write a quick blogpost, check email and stuff like that.
It's amazing, they have the exact same drinks as every other Starbucks.
Parking can be tight, but otherwise this starbucks is great. Staff is friendly and they always get the orders right.
Make a U-Turn at E. 17th St if heading toward Newport Beach on Newport Ave.
Watch your parking ! In one morning I saw 2 BMWs sustain spoiler and/or bumper damage.
Parking tricky. Small strip center single row out front. I park on nearby street when a spot is open and walk.
