Following Japanese tradition, Nikuya is divided into two levels. Ground represents Izakaya, specialising in Tonkatsu. Level One, Japanese BBQ. Nikuya has a focus on Izakaya (a smoky Japanese barbecue technique) and Kurobuta (a marbled breed of pork, used to create Nikuya’s signature tonkatsu).

Sashimi salmon belly is a must try. Overall very expensive and serviced by Chinese waiters .... Over cooked MB6+ wagyu cubes not once but twice with raw vegetables . Not coming back.
The bento boxes are a great lunch option.
Good service, delish food, great place to have a yarn with friends... But avoid going when your extremely hungry as it can get quite exy.... - Trafooco
