Great hotel . Good location and good service . Easy to uber in and out to everywhere given that there aren't any hotels on/around St-Laurent.
The hotel doesn't offer much as far as a late night menu if you get the munchies after staggering in past all decent hours, but just ask the concierge to share a list of late-night delivery options. Read more
I disagree with staffing issues and St Jacques tower. As with any hotel during a busy check in time, bring your patience, and have a seat in the lobby. St Jacques tower directly accesses Old Montréal!
Roxanne at the bar is really friendly and she knows her stuff. Great free breakfast buffet for SPG Platinum members .

Really nice hotel . The beds are nice & comfy , cool coffee maker (with Starbucks!) in the room, close to everything & check out the "glass bottom " pool!
Breakfast buffet is excellent, and free for SPG Platinum members . Club Lounge has a nice view , but they don't appear to serve food aside from granola bars and some fruit .

Great room, but there is little for lounging around to get out of the cold. The bar is basic at best. Would like some couches and lounge chairs.
Don't miss the glass-bottomed pool, especially from the driveway outside the lobby. Look up!

The facility is pretty new and comfortable . I just have problems with the bed, alway waking up after 4 hours of sleep.
Best thing about the restaurant is Roxanne behind the bar . For dinner , check out L'Orignal a few minutes away.

Needs to work on the front desk. Not enough people to handle the needs. Room service and car service is great though. Nice location and decent rooms but pricey .
Front desk need more staff . Avoid the St.Jaques Tower.
