Reasonable price and rooms large enough to accomadate huge groups up to 20+ people. Friendly workers and good recent music choice. Very clean and air conditioned . Nice place for parties :)
Examine your bill carefully. They automatically charge 20% gratuity to everything and don't make that explicit. Also, drinks are not included in the room fee like in typical Chinese KTV places.
Happy hour between 4-7p is only $10/hr for a small room. No minimum.
Worst possible customer service in all of Chicago. Rude, horrible, and nasty employees run the place and it's shocking how they are still in business.
Don’t sing country and/or western tunes . Yuck.
