Great food in the restaurant/bar and Rusty makes a very tasty martini . Comfy rooms , great service and DoubleTree chocolate chip cookies . A winning combo.

Parking ($20) and in-room wifi ($10) costs extra. There's wifi in the lobby and a workstation for you to print out your boarding pass. Clean hotel popular with flight crews and bus tours .

While you're here make sure to take a walk or run around the area…nice almost any time of year

Everything! Great food at North 37, outstanding staff and management. As a Diamond member, this is by far, one of the best Hilton properties I have stayed at.

Whenever someone wakes U up at 2:25am it is always nice to give them a 5:15am wake up. They answer hello who is this? I say it is the lady who u kept up all night. Have a good day click.

The general manager, Michael, visited us at breakfast , gave us tips for our quick trip into San Francisco and helped us get on the shuttle quickly. He pays attention to details.

If you're here on a Wednesday, they have a managers special from 5-6:30pm. Free hors d'oeuvres and wine ! Cheers!

Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

The bed was a bit old and could have been more comfortable . Also the shower did not work at 4am. Still a great place to use their park stay and fly.

Restaurant and bar area is nicer since it was done up, they just need to modernise the rooms a bit now.

Better than the typical airport medium upscale hotel . Comfy , clean and quiet .

Close to the airport but hotel is showing its age. Free shuttle is nice but it didn’t show up in the morning and I had to Uber to the airport .

The shuttle driver has no seat belt and drive recklessly. This is the 2nd time I saw the driver drive shuttle bus recklessly

WiFi is free with any ATT domain account (uverse, att.net, sbcglobal.net, etc.) Of course if you have Hilton status WiFi is free.

Rusty is by far thee best bartender...we love Geoffrey, too!!

There is wireless here. The first tip is wrong. It's $9.95 unless you book a package with wireless included. I also found the towels to be big and soft.

Ants in the beds. Free wifi was impossible to use and "basic" internet was $100/day. Door keys stopped working requiring multiple trips to front desk. Breakfast was inedible.

The guest room renovation is very cool! Love this hotel .

Ask for a promo code from the reception for free wifi , I dunno how long this promotions gonna last.

So loud . Walls are paperthin. Earplugs are a must.

Walls are paper thin. Next door couple woke us up at 4:30 am as they made calls. Complained at front desk but nothing happened except we could not go back to sleep. Find another hotel , don't stay here

You can smell those Double Tree cookies from the street!!

Diner across street at Red Roof Inn much more affordable that Doubletree restaurant .

Wifi works in 803, but if this is a deluxe room, I'd hate to see what the non-deluxe rooms look like.

THE WORST SHUTTLE SERVICE AND NIGHT TIME FRONT DESK STAFF WERE VERY DISAPPOINTING. I PERSONALLY WOULD CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL . ..EL CUCARACHERO IS MORE APPEALING.

Couldn't find the free popcorn in the bar , but we did smell it in the elevator . The front desk thought we were crazy when we asked about it.

I ordered steamed vegetables & a potato , which was a special diet request. They did it. But it cost $14, way out of line .

Wifi is free in d lobby.. if you r on a lower floor like 3 or 4 it works just fine

Stay away from the breakfast buffet . Poor food, poorly presented, poor selection. Waaaay over priced!

This place needs an upgrade! Very poor service, very badly maintained.

Burger is meh. No flavor. Ranch dressing is way too salty.
