Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront

The food is so very good and the wait staff is pleasant and attentive. If you have either Gold or Diamond status, the Executive Lounge is the very best I've experienced.

Located on the Bay with great views of the City and airplanes flying in and out. Also, has a great set of running/walking trails that are on the water

Getting a little bit on in years, but clean with great beds and lots of pillows . Friendly staff - I was able to check in early in the morning at 06:00. Shuttle service to/from SFO.

You can't beat the location to SF and the coast for the price. Service at hotel is friendly but the valet is terrible. Usually have to go hunt the valet to get your car keys. Very affordable !

Checked in with Mobile Key to a filthy room on the 12th floor around 6pm. Was promptly re-accommodated to the 14th, in a clean yet equally dated room. Time for some rennos!

Hilton is always luxurious and accommodating, and SFO Bayport is no different. If you need something just ask for it.

Nice view in the executive floor . There is no ice machine on the floor nor a refrigerator in the room. It's good to have a walk on the BAY TRAIL .

Nice hotel . Nice trail for walking all around the bayfront area. Would stay again.

It was really nice if not dated. Nice views , pretty close to most places. Only a couple of places to eat within walking distance.

Upgrade to Executive floor . Ask for sunrise access. Staff is excellent indoors. Plan to do ur own valet service

Wifi in room is about 12$ a day. If you go in the parking via entrance at 620 airport boulevard, it costs 8$ a day, if you go in the SAME parking vis hotel entrance it's 18$ !

I am a Diamond VIP in Hilton Honors. They gave my room away and cancelled my reservation ! I said that was not acceptable. They finally gave me a rollaway bed in a conference room .

When renting a movie , browse ties then leave to watch TV the system will offer you a 5$ off deal

Be wary of the airport shuttle leaving a minute early, even though you are chasing it down. Set aside 5 minutes just to be sure that you don't get stranded waiting for the next one.

Use flywheel app to get a taxi , its more reliable than the random gypsy cabs trolling the area

Promotion for checking-in on Foursquare is tricky! Valid only from 5 to 7 pm. I couldn't use it!

Make sure you leave early enough. Shuttles are every 20 minutes and sometimes can make several stops.

Bathrooms are gross!

You can avoid paying for parking by leaving your car at kincaids by the shore. There are ample public spots there

You get what you pay for. The bathrooms could use some upgrading (bathrooms putdated). The spa is not a hotel quality spa , It's a 4 person hand painted warm water contraption :( bfast pkg overpriced

Shuttle service to/from airport leaves some to be desired. Usually full and multiple stops. Allow extra time.
