Ebi King is a winner! As described with special shrimp oil and dried shrimp powder, the flavor is amazing! I enjoyed eating this dish because it was also my first time to be given a ramen bib.
The Ramen selections are very interesting. Plus, you get to customize your ramen or choose the chef 's recommendation. Tried the Black King & it was pretty good. Service is good too.
I got the green ramen and thought it was good! Order the noodles hard. It'll come out perfectly. Service is really fast. Your ramen will arrive before your appetizers do. ????
tried the original butao ramen for the first time. you can never go wrong. but my friends tried the spicy one and the ramen that tastes like pesto . haha together with the gyoza and pork shoulder . yum!
Good place for a noodle-soul! Their ramen is the best and good servings! And you've got to personalize your own ramen . Best for rainy days plus a very pleasing japanses vibe upon dining :) ????
Customizable Ramen ! 100% off for Birthday Celebrator (Birth Month) just present your ID showing your birthday with minimum of one company and an order of their Butao King Ramen ????
You can share a ramen if you're not a big eater. Just add extra pork and noodles if you like and ask for an extra bowl.
Black King Ramen is good (acquired taste maybe) but I prefer the Original King (Butao) Ramen , so umami. Actually you can share if you're not so hungry as their portion is big enough for two.
Come here to experience a genuine Japan atmosphere. It will be noisy and a bit crowded , but the experience and food is worth it! U can customize ur ramen in many ways. Noodles and staff are great!
Love it just as the first time we tried it here. This time I ordered limited edition Ebi King. Get the additional Tamago. The egg is cooked perfectly. And Chicken Karaage is so yummy.
Ordered a non-conventional ramen flavor - pesto (the Green King one!). But also tried Butao previously (their original and bestseller). I love the taste of pesto and parmesan cheese on ramen . ????????
Get the table in the middle of the restaurant . That way, you get a communal feel of the restaurant while you eat your Ramen . Restaurants are after all, places to socialize in.
Black King Ramen using extra hard noodles , level 2 fire sauce, no veggies but extra order of tamago and nori . Garnish with fresh crushed garlic !
Very accommodating staff and delicious Ramen . The side dishes are a bit.....meh but the overall experience is great.
Deserves all the hype. The original Butao ramen is very good and a safe choice but the Black ramen is worth a try. Chose pork shoulder for less fat and hard noodles for that al dente feel.
Very fast service . I had the limited edition king which was fish based. Really good. Their gyoza 's also good.
If you're trying it for the first time, encircle butao king light garlic green onions pork shoulders hard noodles level 4 spiciness (tone down if u don't like it spicy ) plus tamago...#RamenGoodness :)
For dinner , better to come at 5pm. Line starts at 6pm but the ramen is worth the wait. They serve your ramen how you like it. Definitely worth coming back.
For beginners, go Black King Ramen (squid ink broth) and choose normal all the way. Add tamago on the side. ????????????
Very good ramen . Careful with cayenne pepper as it can ruin the broth and make it too thick.????????????????????????
Come hungry and be ready for loads of flavor! Good stuff :) i always get an order of tamago and seaweeds .
By far the best ramen in town ! Try the Butao King for starters you won't be disappointed ????????
First timers must try the original "Butao King " first before moving on to adventurous flavors. Make sure the condiments don't have dead insects on them before pouring. ????
Soooo good!!! Order the Black Squid or Pesto Ramen !????
From the Original King, branch out to the Green, Red or Green variants to get a sense of how the different ingredients affect the taste of the orig broth.
Excellent ramen ! Made a safe order of the Original and a Gyoza . Perfect!
The pesto ramen is surprisingly good. I tried all four varieties and they are all tasty. Only downside? One bowl is quite expensive .
Their serving of extra onion is a lot! When you are with friends, you can definitely share on one extra serving of green onion . Same goes for the seaweed .
For 1st Timers Who are Filipinos (Who are Curious to What It Tastes Like), This a Tasty Japanese Version of La Paz Batchoy :) Highly Recommend It.
If it's your 1st time, get orig Butao, spice level 2, regular richness, extra pork shoulder , extra egg , hard noodles . Ayayay Moy!!! Oishi!
The Black King Ramen is tastier than their "bestseller". Order their Karaage as well - yummy and suits well with BKR.
Superb ramen ! Best I ever had. Think they're still on soft opening since the staff are still getting the hang of things.
Black ramen king, normal broth, hard noodles , 1/2 spice. Overall super goood! Looooove it! Hype-worthy. :)
The tonkotsu broth is the foundation from which all the ramens are formed. So for first timers, I would suggest the Original King.
Definitely the place you have to try at least once. Not a big fan of ramen but the black king butao is a must try.
The Butao King is really good! Must try! Check the Chef Recommendation and theyll do it for you to make it taste real good!
Order either the Black Squid or the Pesto with Cheese Ramen ! Yummy!!!!
The Original Butao was really good. I'll be coming back to try the other ramen . :)
Beware of the Spice Levels. They can be too spicy . 1Spicy is good enough for most people.
Try black king with pork belly . 1spicy would suffice. And sapporo ! ????????
Red King ramen with 10 spices. Beat that. Read more at www.candidcuisine.net/butao-ramen
Red King (Still not spicy for me) x Black King Ramen , quite good. For me it wasn't the best ramen place in Mnl.
Because Ramen Nagi is not affliated with Butao Ramen ,don't expect the quality to match the Butao Ramen in HK.I still prefer Butao over Ramen Nagi http://candidcuisine.net/ramen-nagi-manila-butao-ramen Read more
Very good ramen ! A must try for all ramen lovers!
Original butao + spicy 2 will do! Note: i love spicy food and i have high tolerance
Black King and Butao are good choices. ???? It just gets too crowded but the service is good!
The Red King if you're in the mood for a good sweat.
The Black King ramen , with squid ink mixed into the soup , is a must-try :D
Black king and butao king both awesome be sure to pick the extra rich soup choice
Black King is a must!! Be careful for the spice levels. Level1 is spicy enough :)
Awesome place. I need to find convenience in order for me to come to the gym on a regular basis. Convenience is what Aura branch offers and great staff too. Awesome! - Arlen Mendiola
Shredded cabbage and miso soup for the win! No need for rice :) Their house blended ice tea was also one of the best! :) - Chesca Ferrer
Spacious, nice interior and tons of power outlet! My usual order in every SB branch, Dark Macadamia Cookie and Iced Caramel Macchiato. Consistent! - Jokoh De Roxas
Yummy ramen. Really delicious egg. And don't forget to order their salted caramel ice cream. - Myrted Caldona
Their Paitan Ramen is so good. It instantly became my favorite non-spicy ramen in the Metro. - RA Arrieta
Worth it. Aside from their ramen, try their pork buns-the bread is just so soft and chewy, curry lovers will love the curry harumaki and if you're up for a challenge-bakuretsu tofu for spicy soup. - Rhea Tagami
Their foodcourt is not like the usual one. ????????????❤????????????????The Skypark is so heavenly. An escape from the limelight indeed! ???????? - J Esc
Homerun!!! Seafood and vegetable pasta and club poullet. Sooo good. And their breads are superb from complimentary to dessert - strawberry eclair and millefuille fraises. - Rhea Tagami
Spicy tuna linguine taste good! Must try it.. This will be included on my favorite pasta list. - Keith Villareal
