Order rosu ! I'm not fond of katsu but I would say they've the meatiest & arguably the best katsu I have tasted. Grinding the sesame seeds is fun! It is the newest Yabu branch in the Metro!

Must try: Kurobuta pork set, Seafood katsu set 1 & 2 and Creamy crab . Customer service: Excellent. The place: Clean , looks high end and cozy . 5/5

look for server larry or niño, they're the best! super friendly . the kids don't eat veggies but they loved the cabbage ! choose brown rice over white.

What I like about their food is everything uses fresh ingredients . Also, they serve their food nicely and explain to new customers how to prepare your sauce. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service and the food is great. Very good experience. You wouldn't know how good the free cabbage with goma (sesame dressing ) is. On my second visit I received free dessert . Thank you Joy.

Yabu is one of my favorite restaurants . Taste and service are consistent. My winners include the rosu set, and the hire and mixed seafood set. This place is all about value for money . ????????

Long lines during the weekend but the food sure was worth the wait! Tried the Rosu Menchi and it was superb! They also got one of the best tasting house tea in town ????

You'll never look at katsu 's the same way again when you've tried their rosu 90. For seafood lovers, their sets are divine. Oh and did i mention unlimited rice , miso soup , fruit and cabbage salad ? :)

Menchi Katsu Curry is love! If you eat here, expect a little bit of w8ng 4 seats, friendly (and good looking!) staff , and good food. Dont eat here if you are in a hurry; you won't enjoy it as much!

Brace yourself for their unlimited rice , cabbage and fruits ! They also got great katsu of different kinds - dory, shrimp , chicken , pork ..if you want Katsu , then you've come to the right place!

I like this Tonkatsu restaurant . But this isn't best Tonkatsu yet.. I'm looking forward to open another new coming Tonkatsu restaurant next week^^

I had the menchie katsu while my friend had the chicken katsu . I am not a fan of Japanese food but I really enjoyed both katsus that we ordered. Try the menchie katsu if you like cheese on your food.

Always ask the waiters if you wanna clarify anything. Waitstaff mostly good but a few of them don't give great instructions. Still best Katsu experience so far. So i guess porkchop is not just porkcho

I noticed the staff here are less efficient than Megamall. Look how much time I had to grind my seeds. =P Spending less attention in training new staff , Yabu? Hope not. I still love you, though!

Superb staff and service. Went here during lunch on a weekend. Despite being packed, we were served efficiently by the friendly staff even without asking ????

Not a huge fan of their katsu but the appetizers are awesome! The house blend iced tea is really brewed. I know because I'm a tea lover .

The katsu is really good here and the pork they have is amazing. You definitely want to try eating the kurobuta katsu at least once.

Their Rosu is the best I've tasted compared to other branches. You'll taste the perfect marbling of the fat in the meat.

Their set meals include unlimited organic brown rice and organic cabbage ! Perfect healthy choice ????

Table for 2s are located by the window overlooking Serendra. Staff are very attentive. The wasabe sauce tastes great with the cabbage .

The manager is very accommodating and friendly ! (free ice cream !) +points also because despite being a manager, he waits the tables.

Just tried the special katsudon set. Taste is good, but there is nothing special which would warrant going back again and again.

The staff are very friendly and warm! You will never leave this place hungry! :)

If you want something different from the usual katsu , try their Miso Rosu and Menchi Curry .

Good clean n fresh ingredients , but the deep fried Katsu is not something that agrees with you if you've moved off fried foods.

Get here early, say 1045am for lunch . It gets quickly filled up!

Hire is good. Also use sesame dressing for the salad if you prefer the more conservative taste
