I think hands down the chopped brisket is the best thing they offer here. Great portion size, great texture and enough burnt end to add that hit of additional flavor. Not fatty , great value .
Carolina BBQ = the best BBQ . They do it right. I'm hoping they introduce their Mac n cheese from the mother restaurant .
I’ve had the pulled pork with open faced bread a couple times now. Meal comes with two sauces which are tasty. Potato salad was delicious as well .
