Panera Bread

I normally have issues picking a sandwich here as a picky eater, but the new roasted turkey , apple , and cheddar is great as it is. The mix of sweet and savory flavors compliment each other well .

Amazing soup , sandwich , bread , bakery , and drink variety. It may be somewhat pricey , but it's worth it. I recommend the cheese and bacon sandwich with tomato soup and a bread bowl .

I've been coming since they opened this location. Super busy during lunch hours. On this date, it's quiet . I love Spring Break! 

The pick 2, grille cheese (big kids) and Cesar salad . They also give you a bag of chips . It's so delicious! Highly recommended ! -M

Good for breakfast and lunch . I love their chicken salad sandwich and most of their bakery items are delicious.

Food and staff . Had a problem with food and pregnant family member and they solved it. Quickly.

Great french onion soup....just ask for more cheese . And they do add croutons in their soup , but ask for a baguette anyway, its yummy in the soup .

Friendly staff and good service . All the other tips are mostly from 2011. Shanta is awesome.

I have been eating 4x/wk at this location since it opened. Comments about poor service are still correct. I've spoken to the manager and even spoken to her district mgr about poor service. No change.

No one ever says hello or welcome or thank you

This location has the worst service I have ever experienced. On a Sunday morning, they are out of half of the bagels , missing pastries , one person working the counter, no extra bagels in the back.

If you order the French onion soup , make sure you get the bread and not the chips . They don't put croutons in their FO soup .

Good food but don’t expect any thing much from the staff

The souffles are delicious, however our service experience doesn't come close to the Panera on San Felipe. The girl literally said she doesn't have time to make the souffles (they were out). Terrible!

Slow service. Walk with your own straw because someone stole the 5 they bought

Not as bad as people make it out to be. We go often, and they recognize us and greet us by name. Never had bad service here.

The wifi here is slow.

They put the same amount of soup in a cup in a bread bowl - not an actual bowl sized serving.

Service is terrible, waited 20 minutes before they brought out my sandwich . Asked for the manager and I swear all the people behind the counter ran and hid.

I agree with previous comments. Of the three locations I've been to service is terrible and staff not friendly .

Out of the 4 Houston-area locations I've been to...this is the worst one.

Poorly run, the staff can't think on the fly always saying no instead of let me check for you.
