Creative food that honors the ingredients, not afraid of big flavors, intense spicing. I like their use of anchovies and sardines in unexpected places, such as grass fed lamb burger with anchovies .

Innovative and comforting flavors. Pork Milanese with fresh fennel was excellent, and miner's lettuce salad with horseradish a really exciting combo. Lovely service as well .
