Very comfortable , a lot of helpful staff , most complete stock for every iPhone variant. A true heaven for Apple fans
Waited 25 mins after arriving by the scheduled Genius Bar appointment. Bit the service was really good. Can give around 85 out of 100!
As with all other Apple Stores, there are always crowd and queues. And recently a lot of street traders too just outside the store.
Ask the staff if your company is eligible for a discount . Just present your business card.
Microsoft office is sold in English and Chinese versions be sure to pick the right one. Staff are great. There is no central check out
Free hi-speed wifi and you get to play with al the Apple products . What more does one need?
Amazing Apple Store! They've got everything and great attendance.
Don't buy Apple's new iphone5 in black color. I had to select from 3 phones before I can get 1 with minor paint peeling problem around the aluminium enclosure .

Apart from one guy, staff utterly rude. Never been so badly served as a paying customer in an apple store. Apparently you can’t sit on certain chairs without dirty looks (‘you can sit over there!’)

The ratio of customers to specialists on the ground floor is shockingly high. Must be at least 40 to 1.

The foodcourt at the 11th is not your usual crowded, hard-to-find seats type of HK food centers. Choices were few but good specifically Hokkaido Dairy, Shiok and Pepper Steak. - Jorge Ong
