It's no joke, but the staff at CWB & Ifc @AppleInc store are friendlier & more helpful. The staff in the Kowloon store directed me to the New Territories service centre by Wah Fung rather than help

After arriving at the airport this is the first place we went. Very friendly staff . They helped us get a local sim card and got it connected with the provider. Totally no-stress experience.

The staff told us to take the iPad mini to the service center in Fo Tan but the CWB staff can exchange another iPad for us in store. What's going on here #applestore you disappoint me. #ipad

Each customer reserved your new iPhone must bring along your HKID! Each credit card must be same name with your HKID else you r not qualify to buy or u pay cash!

Come early if you want to buy products. There is always a long queue. You got 24- month installment with HSBC credit card.

Many people here once weekend, so most Geniuses dont really hav time making intros to all customers here.

Go and get an Apple product then you will find out how beautiful the world it is.

Very crowded with people. There's usually people queuing both outside and inside. Don't go unless you really need to buy or refund something.

They won't take walk-in appointments even if there isn't a queue. Better to go to IFC / CWB. Quite annoying @AppleInc
