Nice cozy hotel . Helpful and smiling staffs . Good location and within less than 10min walking to ATC. Spacious and clean rooms .

The service is great. We spent my mom's birthday here the whole weekend and the staff went out of their way to help make it extra special. Food is good, not excellent but good enough.

Just visit there tree top lounge in the 16th floor . They serving unlimited wine , beer and tapas . Between 6 - 9 pm ????????????

Meals in the lobby cafe are adequate, the service is great. Really good staff . A nice spot to relax for a while with wifi and a pretty good wine list .

Go to the Coffee Shop early if you are availing the buffet breakfast . Gets jampacked esp during the weekend. We arrived 9am-ish and there was a long line already of guests waiting to be seated.

Try the Acaci buffet on a weekday and the relaxing ambience will ensure a healthy appetite. The servers are helpful and friendly too.

Wifi in the room sux! Better to bring your own router . Room is large. Its lyk a copy of the ones Marina Bay in Singapore have. Food in breakfast buffet is good for a new hotel . Overall, not bad!

Be sure to make the management aware of any issues, such as internet connectivity problems or laundry issues. Mgmt is already aware of such issues, and is very responsive when made aware of a problem.

Food may be unremarkable but their service is excellent! Also, my 5 month old baby is lovin' the feel of our room. He slept w/o tossin' and turnin'.

Food is great and they have wide selection of choices to please the most finicky of taste buds.

1.Bed is rave worthy. 2.Indeed the staff deserves to be applauded for their hospitality . 3.Basement parking needs to have an attendant AT ALL TIMES for those not parking Valet.

There are a lot of things to improve on e.g. pillows , towels, funky bathroom smell, Internet, etc. Their staff though are friendly but need to improve on attention to detail.

[ Acaci ] Serious improvement is needed here. For a "5-star" hotel , the place has terrible layout. It gets awfully cramped when there are a lot of guests & gives a food court vibe.

Short circuit in the bathroom !!! Scareh. Beds are beautiful and really comfy . The toiletries smell lovely.

Rooms and service was great. Buffet wasn't really that great as mentioned earlier. One bad thing is that it's to far from Makati and cabs want flat rate to go there.

Swimming time. The ambiance is nice. For family and for friends bonding time.

"Five-star" hotel ? Depends on your definition, I guess. Poor food quality at the buffet , stained tables in the lobby, and when the staff damages your belonging, you're apparently on your own!

On weekends you got to have a reservation , fat chance for you to get a table if you walk in

Infinity pool is okay however, too small to accomodate more guests. Towels are at the bar station. Lifeguard on duty. Jacuzzi is very relaxing

We went here NewYear's eve 12/31/2015 coz they say they conduct fireworks . I read some comments that the fireworks was no show in the previous years. This year again! They say battery not working. :(

This is a hotel trying to be 5 star. But the rooms need more sophistication. Sobrang layo pa sa 5 star quality.
