Customer service needs improvement. Buffet seems Okay but is not as varied as the other hotels , so it also needs improvement as well . Pool area is nice even their conference rooms and hotel rooms. =)

The pool is open and it is a great please to spend your afternoon or evening.

Their buffet (Php 2,000+/head) is a waste of money. The only thing that was good was their salmon sashimi . Everything else was pretty ordinary. With that amount, I'd rather eat in Vikings, etc.
