One of the best places in DC to watch music . A big basement venue with pitchers of beer and quality bar food&pizza. Good for large groups.

Get a mimosa at brunch and get an extra side of fries to share at the table because they're that good. Everything is nicely priced and incredibly delicious. Great for celebrating!

Started the night with yellowfin tuna carpaccio followed by the duck on the menu. The server I had tonight was very friendly and knowledgeable about gluten free options and made meal delightful.

Sushi : totally worth it. Fresh, delicious, yum. District wings : pass. Try the wings at Stan's instead. The Hamilton is overpriced, stuffy, I've had way better.

Benedict- the server is the most awkward server on earth. At least 6 tragic moments that didn't need to happen. Food and ambiance were awesome though and good value !

Any place where the bartender (eric tonight) shakes your hand and introduces himself before taking your order is awesome in my book . Old school feel, great food!

The Sushi is the best downtown. And the District wings are the best chicken wings and Mumbo Sauce that money can buy. No need to ask them to fry them hard. They're fried to perfection

Super solid food, even more impressive given that this is DC's largest restaurant . Loved the PB&J donuts and the fried chicken sandwich . Kisha was a great server, too.

My absolute favorite spot. They make the best old fashions and they have the best brussels sprouts recipe.

Great spot for brunch or late night . They have live music in their cozy upstairs room . Bring a date, and don't miss the sushi .

Sushi while at a live music show?Excellent! I didn't want nigiri in the bento box , so for a $3 upcharge they gave me 2 firecracker rolls , instead. Love that rollls were not topped with goopy sauces.

Great spot. The food is delicious and the bartenders know what they're doing. Danny and Tom are some of the best around and Tori is a great waitress ! Worth stopping in.

The Eggs Hamilton is an absolute must have. Delicious maple glazed ham , and beer bread . If I come again I'll just be sure to ask for runny-er eggs , but otherwise phenomenal.

For a long, leisurely meal - you will not be rushed. Skip the wings (better mumbo elsewhere) but get the fantastic reuben !

One of the best desserts I’ve had, their gooey butter cake was insanely good.

There's a lot of hand shaking and fist bumping here but with all the love put into making my cocktail , all is forgiven. Solid beer selection as well .

District wings were very nice but the Sugar Toads were incredible!! The waiting staff were great and gave very good recommendations.

Steak and Frites was spot on.

Food is awesome. The turkey sandwich is good and the chicken enchiladas is great. Use open table to reserve table. Lunch time is busy.

You have to get the sesame seed crusted salmon , I don’t like salmon and I could not get enough of the entree.

You can get so many different things on their menu. The sushi was especially good. Very good cocktails as well .

Come for happy hour sushi/sashimi. Their sparkling sake and plum wine are great too.

Specialty Cocktails : Hamilton's Mule is really sweet. Skip the loaded martini . DC gin Rickey was delish as was the Green Thumb! Up Rowan's Creek has quite a kick! Spicy but damn good!

The duck carbonara was delicious. And the small portion is gigantic! Shrimp tempura reminds me of bang bang shrimp from bonefish grill... Yum!

Make a trip to this great venue and try "Betty's Apple"... Sloop Betty vodka , fresh apple juice and an apple treat... Delicious!
