If you lose your waterpark bracelet they charge you $20. To avoid getting charged write down the 10 digit # and tell the front desk them the # of the lost bracelet for a free replacement.

When you hear running in the halls run out your room and super kick one of those retards and just yell out " SEE I JUST KICKED STAN!"

Sink leaks, shower curtain falling off the wall, they don't clean your room until late afternoon, and crazy thin walls. Water and Theme parks are ok. First and last time staying here.

Tons of asain as life guards ...way younger then i...can save myself in 3 feet of water.

The room doors are paper thin. You will not get any sleep with the constant baby cries, yells from parents, and running kids here. Probably wont ever come here again, go some where else!

Barely there staff . Went to the cafe in the lobby and waited 10 minutes for someone to assist me. There were plenty of other employees who saw me and didn't tell anyone.

Request room turn down service. They won't clean your room or give you clean towels otherwise.

Clean rooms . Spacious . Good amenities .

Stay at Rome all the others are too far down the road . The staff barely speaks English.

Most staff in the dells doesn't speak English ...

Awesome rooms. 42" LG tv is sweet.

Dirty floors, paper thin walls with make shift furniture that sucks. Will never stay here again. Not worth the money.

If saying in winter definatly woth extra charge to stay at hotel rome dont have to go outside to get from water park to room

The beds are too hard for me and frankly the comforters suck and are scratchy but we had a great time and loved it!
