Wilderness Resort

The cabins are super cozy , but be sure to put your “keycard” into the designated slot to turn on the heat! We didn’t know about it and woke up to a 62 degree cabin in the middle of February!

Good for the kids, not so much for the adults. There is nowhere in this place for adults to get away from other people's children. Pre-school children crowd the hot tubs , kind if disappointing.

Do the Duck Races ... every morning at 9:30 your kids pick a rubber ducky and they race them in the lazy river in the Klondike Kavern. They run 4 races with winners in each race and you keep the duck !

Don't stay on the 1st floor!! It is the main hallway for all the guests to get to the waterparks . We stayed in Glacier Canyon on the 2nd floor which was absolutely perfect.

been here for like 2x & i really enjoyed staying here.pool are all scattered requires a lot of walking but if u want , u can take the shuttle outside but no time to sit and wait for the shuttle bus

I prefer the Glacier that's attached to the Wilderness; however, the service is excellent, the amenities are far from lacking, and the fun is, seemingly, never ending.

So much to do and see. Would need to stay a few days to take it all in.

Always to pack up everything you brought with you. Because you will never get it back I am handicapped and we forgot my cane and by the time which was only 30 mins it was already stolen

Amazing waterparks . Go on the black hole slide because it's like you're in outer space. The hurricane is Awresome- huge drop!

Try staying during the week: less crowded and cheaper. Also you have to try the Hurricane! Amazing water slide .

The pools are nice when they aren't crowded , slides are fun, all in all good stay loved the condo very roomy

Get in one of the water parks early to claim a table or even chairs. Constantly so packed that it's hard to find a place to put your stuff.

Lost world is the coolest outdoor park here! Don't forget to try the hurricane its a must! ????

The Hurricane is a great ride, and the wave pool is great fun for everyone.

Food is nice, rooms are good, and the water slides are great!

Watch out when you check-in, because these ladies in the check in desk, some of them don't know what they are doing. They will charge your credit card and make mistakes during transactions.

After you check in, they will tell you to visit another booth for your coupons. DON'T. It's Wyndham hotels trying to book you for an hour long appointment for a high pressure sales pitch.

They mess up your reservations , give you a discount for it and the recharge it back to you when you check in. Not customer service oriented-they want to make every last penny they can on ya!

The 3D mini golf was good and quick fun! 20 bucks for the 3 of us wasn't bad.

Stay in the Glacier Canyon part (wilderness rooms are old, outdated and dirty ), waterparks are usually very crowded . Ride the Hurricane!! Best hotel ever :)

Take the water taxi and try the covered wagon rides all included free and daily duck races !

The only WiFi is in the lobby! AT&T has spotty coverage, so does Sprint. Consider yourself warned.

When everyone has free wifi , no one has free wifi....incredibly slow, stick to cellular data....

Water and air temps at the indoor attractions are freezing. I could barely stand to go in and my kids turned blue.

Stay in the Glacier Canyon part . Newer and larger rooms plus shuttle to rest of the property. Also, ride The Hurricane!
