Glacier Canyon Lodge

A great place to stay with the family with everything nearby you could need. Drink prices are more than a rock concert though. $32 for a big frozen drink . $8 for a Bud - sheesh

Resort only gives you 2 free Internet device hookups for the week. Choose your devices carefully. You cannot turn off one device and pick it up on one that wasn't originally connected. Cheesy!

Computer use in their business center is $.35 an hour. Bring your own laptop. Free in room Internet is limited to 2 devices. This can be a drag with how much $ an owner pays.

Staying in the double suite, very nice features but make sure to bring hand soap and paper towels !

The beds are great and the view is awesome definitely a great place to stay for a vacation

We had an awesome room with 3 adjoining. A long walk to water parks but at least it's all connected inside.

This place is huge, but you can get to everything from inside which makes it better in colder weather.

If you plan to bring dvd movies bring your own player. There is so much to do you will probably fall asleep watching one anyway.

Can't stress enough to take shuttles over trying to walk this resort . All of the walkways are long and twisting. While the shuttles will pick you & drop you wherever on the grounds .

We've been coming for years and love it. Wifi and phone service is horrible though, which is fine because you're on vacation anyways.

Ownership has its privileges but if you can figure out a way to try this place out, then I find it hard to believe you'll be disappointed. It really makes standard hotels a disappointing experience.

Bring your own scissors. No scissors in condos . Glacier Canyon outside on the road is 1 mile around, FYI for those runners.

Take advantage of the free water shuttle to Wilderness on the Lake . So pretty and relaxing.

Be sure to get your room on the water park side of the hotel . It'll give you constant entertainment watching everyone at the park !

The people talking about the tricycle are crazy i've been coming here for 6 years straight and nothing like that ever was heard seen or even talkd about

You must have a tattoo to enter any of the pool areas . Packers logo seems to be popular choice.

Bring your tricycles and ride the halls at night! Freak the hell out of people. :)-

Ask the front desk to call the casino bus for you. It's worth the wait.

This is an outstanding location for a family vacation.

Cant find good food here. Red tricycle ! Young boy ! 3rd floor! Do NOT talk to him!

B/c there was only 20% occupancy, shops advertised as open weren't, an advertised buffet was closed w/o so much as a sign, 1 of the waterparks was closed w/o warning & off duty employees ran amok.

The shuttle takes forever oh and there is a young boy who rides his tricycle down on the 3rd floor

Bring a robe during winter even if you don't take shuttles it is still chilly

This place is so big and it is so hard to find your way around. You go up, down, left, right, back down then up again. So confusing.

Best room around.. but way too small for 6 people

Also bring paper towels if you are getting the suite with a kitchen.

Nice rooms but... They don't respond quickly to repair/replacement requests

Reservation staff described the room one way on the phone and gave us a completely different tiny room. After talking to multiple people no body would help. Super unhelpful and unprofessional.

Use the free shuttle or walk across the resort . Walking the interior route using the skybridge takes much longer.

Everything is great here except The Fields ! Do not go! Lack of respect for customers, do not care about quality of experience. So sad. Could be so much better. Management training sorely lacking.

Rooms are great, but dont forget to bring your own hand soap ...

Heard weird squeaking, like pedaling, on third floor all night in the hallway. Random giggling. Freaked me out. Won't be back.

No pool, no hot tub , not a restaurant on site, no coffee shops open past noon......won't return

Toilet plugs easily

Internet is terribly slow. Don't bother with it.
