Caviar topping for Peking duck . Besides the usual sugar, sweet & savoury sauces, julienned cucumber & onions , restaurant also serves caviar for an added salty dimension. Use sparingly

Cantonese cuisine in luxurious settings. Peking duck is excellent, with super thin pancake wraps , allowing you to savour the crispy duck skin. Dim Sums is generous with meat and fillings.

What I call a Super ATAS restaurant . Dress code is strictly smart casual , so only long pants for the gents. Don’t turn up in calf-baring garb, they will strictly enforce by turning you away.
