Caviar topping for Peking duck . Besides the usual sugar, sweet & savoury sauces, julienned cucumber & onions , restaurant also serves caviar for an added salty dimension. Use sparingly
Cantonese cuisine in luxurious settings. Peking duck is excellent, with super thin pancake wraps , allowing you to savour the crispy duck skin. Dim Sums is generous with meat and fillings.
After a meal, kitchen sends a complimentary platter of pineapple tart & floral jelly . Tart pastry was very dry; will remember to ask for it to be left out in future
Staff reminded me of their dress code during phone reservation : no T-shirts, singlets, shorts , slippers. For men, we've got to show up in long pants , sleeved shirts , & shoes must be covered
Desserts . Almond milk was silky. Can be served with tang yuan. Another friend who has sampled cold aloe vera jelly everywhere loves the preparation here
Pricey but the food is heavenly. You have a la carte and set menu options. Dim sum just great, crispy beancurd cubes and noodles w truffle shavings, roasted chicken , custard buns ... All amazing!
Delightful dim sum , great attention to details - just check out the beansprouts. Excellent service and variety of vegetarian dishes . Must try the mock meat , coconut ice-cream pulut hitam dessert .

What I call a Super ATAS restaurant . Dress code is strictly smart casual , so only long pants for the gents. Don’t turn up in calf-baring garb, they will strictly enforce by turning you away.
