Nice hotel with clean rooms and decent bathrooms . The staff are very nice. In a very quiet neighborhood though so it can be quite a shock for those who prefer a bustling environment.

A very stylish hotel in a good location. Positive: very close to the Metro (36 St) and a small neighbourhood close to it that provides some nice restaurants . Negative: Unstable wifi connect .

Great mood, cool interior design , good location with several metro stations nearby & if you don't mind exploring Astoria. But they have slight problem with cleaning frequency & quality.

Lovely hotel with charming industrial style. The restaurant downstairs is amazing as well and the great staff supports all your needs. Enjoyable stay!

Generally this place is awesome but it lacks some of the energy you'd find in The Ace Hotel . The rooms are a touch small (but with huge showers ) and the sound proofing needs work.

Big rooms . Hidden gym on the 2nd floor. Play the upcycled foosball table ! Hipster decor.

Similar vibe to Ace Hotel , but the rest of the neighborhood isn't quite there yet. On my next visit, I want to try their restaurant .

Great hotel with amazing staff and convenient location!

A nice boutique hotel . Though the rooms might get a bit cold during winter.

Wifi doesn't work, no towel rack, sink not in bathroom but next to the bed, ikea dresser and bed frame. Also no cable, no coffee in room. Coffee stand w/ limited hours and prices higher than Starbucks

No warning that it was partially under construction , so the restaurant is closed.

Room size and lobby decor are OK. Pretty much everything else is NOT OK: housekeeping was done after17:00 and only after few reminders, no vacuum cleaner, inadequate heating ... Barely 2 star hotel ????

Antiga fábrica que foi foi transformada num hotel super descolado, com decoração vintage e frequentado por jovens e famílias. Estação de metrô a poucos passos , melhor impossível!
