Adored this place! Great themed hotel , amazing breakfast , lovely restaurant and bar for evening. Take the elevator - don't use the stairs! ???? moon voyage room highly recommended
Make sure you make the most of breakfast in the Secret Garden . It's incredible. Cooked breakfast , continental, cereals and pancakes . All overlooking the amazing lake garden !
The disco til 1am right near the bedrooms without soundproofing and shouting kids/rude idiots all night IS SO WORTH THE MONEY(!)
You must check out the burger from The Emperor Grill restaurant , it's incredible. The best burger I've ever had! See the Photos section.
It's a great venue for kids but as an adult it's contrived and rather soulless. There was a smell of chips in the air.
Don't book a room through the site expecting to get an Annual Pass discount - it's a joke, they won't do anything for you, no matter how far you've traveled after being provided misleading information.
Don't get a jug of Mojito it's just ice, mint , lime and a shot of Bacardi
Go to spa during the week. Nice and relaxin!
Don't stay at Scarefest! Kids running up and down corridors till 2am! -.-
Slowest bar service in the world. If you are thirsty order double.
Very bad restaurant ! Staff are not kids friendly , communication of information is very poor
