Didn't stay here but enjoyed the water park . Not sure I would stay here as chlorine smell is all around the hotel (can't be helped it is a water themed hotel ) water park was great and clean facilities
Awesome hotel make sure to dance in the lifts and have a bit of everything in the restaurant it's all good
Lockers need 2x £1 coins to work. To retrieve after use, press the black button on the side of the mechanism .
Smelly room carpet, questionable design, no sockets near bed; buffet doesn't have healthy options . And taxi to the nearest pub is £24 pounds... won't stay there again.
Hotel aimed at children rather than adults with themed rooms. Average accommodation but decent full english breakfast

Stayed at the Alton Towers hotels twice, and both time a fire alarm has gone off in the middle of the night... Either their alarm is too sensitive, or it's some horrible joke!
Head to the other hotel via the internal walkway for live music at 9pm
Sit on the Skywalk at night: it's a beautiful view across Cariba Creek
Bring plenty of beer money
You can buy beer down at the pool bar !

Make sure you make the most of breakfast in the Secret Garden. It's incredible. Cooked breakfast, continental, cereals and pancakes. All overlooking the amazing lake garden! - Mary-ann Astle
