BK's worker need more training . The services are so effin late, eventhough only few customers! Really need more trained worker! And the fries , damn sejuk batu!

Used to be very expensive for each simple combo meal you choose. Until BK received serious competition from McD.Now BK offered half of the price but then again, their SOP is different for each branch.

..'for fries ..go for McD's..for floats..go to A&W..and for fried chicken..nothin' can beat uncle sanders..but for burgers ..I loves BK..period'!..

Portions have shrunk extensively over the years. And with the prices, it's no wonder that McD is a household name and BK is not. Just saying.

My 10th visit here which i conclude that this is the lousy BK branch ever. Super slow service. Staffs dont have the right skills. Have to ask for receipt/chili/ketchup on drive thru ? 1/10 foodtaste-ok

Drive thru damn lembab even on a raya day with only two cars waiting..one of the reasons why I'd prefer McDs anyday.

The breakfast manu is delicious

15 mins I waited. I was the only customer. Nobody took my order. Funny seeing all the staff walking here and there but taking no orders. Unless there is drastic changes in the management, don't come.

Worst Burger King ever! Line up for 30 minutes to get my order taken only to realise that all beef burgers are unavailable. Now, don’t know how long to get my order.

Should name it 'BANGLA KING' for this outlet. All bangla, service bad, wrong order. N the place like rubbish, nvr clean after customer finish. The floor all sand n dusk everywhere. WTF is this??

The services sulk

Ordered chick n crisps and promised to send to me once it's ready. After 10 mins, I checked with the staff and they mentioned the burger was given away to another customer. Really bad service.

Service has improves but why the burger is getting small ?

Their burgers have gotten deceivingly smaller... The difference is too large between picture and reality and for their price tag. Disappointed.
