The new kfc is good. Their new decoration was good too. I don’t really like kfc tp sebab org tu teringin, yes we go to kfc at 10pm and he have the gut to even asked “diet ke tak diet langsung?????

Make sure you guys remember your order and keep the order resit. Since most of the times the kitchen team makes mistake in delivering your order. Huhu

24 hour , largest KFC in Malaysia and their service is quite good and responsive.

Customers have been shortchanged too long, need a revisit of our sales of goods act. Illustrations deviate so much from what's served.

Give you a ticket number after ordering. Nice ambient for family. :)

And oh... that kicap meletup meal are served with watermelon . Tapi rasa sirap yg terlebih air gula. Seriously KFC?!

So many counter to order but not fully occupied when needed! Big kitchen area and so much oven/stove, still need to wait.. So many table to sit but, nobody to clean up... Bad managing system!

Don't forget to bring your jacket/sweater or whatsoever if u want to dine-in cause the air-cond here is super duper cold.

A lot of cashier but open only one counter, beratur panjang to pay, another beratur panjang to get the food. Overall waiting hour is very long. Dont come here if you're famish you'll die starving!????

First outlet that I saw they enhance on waiting customers experience. Queue system + seating area.

QSR=Quietly slow restaurant . It became a full fledged restaurant .

Systematic but the interior design overall was just too many walls and sections. I felt like being caged.

Worst KFC I've ever had the misfortune to come to. Slow staff (20 mins to serve despite having 6-10 staff ), dirty toilets (vomit in the sink and stains in the urinal). Can't believe KFC has no QC.

As usual, the walk in counter is super SLOW here. Is it too hard to take the order & serve ? OR the customer itself who are slow in telling the order ? I just dun get it everytime I went dinner here
