Service is acceptable, good dishes selection and I am satisfied. This is a bigger joint compared to Empire branch and the view here is enlightening - even though it's raining outside. 👍🆒
must try their desssert, cempedak cheese cake . you can not only smell the cempedak but also taste the flesh of cempedak & its fibre blended nicely into the cheese mixture minus the sweetness.
I only came here for pavlova , this is a much better version compare to alexis meringue . Definitely one of the best pavlova
A little on the pricey side but well worth it. Nasi kerabu was DELICIOUS! Good and friendly service despite the lunch crowd, food arrived quite quickly. Yay.
We ordered a range of food and all of them were tasty! I recommend the carbonara and lamb shank .
Brilliant place to chill with family, friends. Friendly service .
Carbonara and iced chocolate were really good! The pavlova was lovely but quite sweet.
Love the ambience of Jaya's Serai than any other branch. They need to improve the pavlova tho, Alexis's tastes so much better
Had lunch here. Spaghetti seafood Oleo with hot tea & lemongrass . Packed with customers mostly workers on the vicinity. Moderately acceptable service. Serai is facing the busy Section 14 street!
One of the few places I go to if I ever want to have a taste of Tiramisu like how Suchan makes it. Prices for food are a complete ripoff, but thankfully they're good.
Pavlova is yummy (a bit too sweet), good to go with serai ice tea (which is not sweet).
Price is super pricy but their service is great! Love the lemon chicken and salted egg squid with white rice .
Overall not bad. The only letdown was that the walnuts in my salad were over-toasted, was charred black. Otherwise, I would have loved it. Service was good. 6.5/10.
Awesome nasi kerabu and middle eastern medley. Must try pavlova and pisang goreng with ice cream , and Serai iced tea .
Just tried the chicken parmiagana here.. Just above the average but still will come back here someday to try another food 😊
Food here is really, really good. Salted egg squid , Nasi kerabu , piano goreng with ice cream , rendang tok. Brilliant.
This iced teh tarik is simply awesome. Highly recommended!
Wonderful set up. Great menus with super efficient service by foreign waiters . Good lunch crowd
Must try all the different type of 'Nasi'. So far everything I've has been super.
Nasi Kerabu and fried brinjal was awesome, nice and cosy ambience.
The carbonara is really delicious, but very thick. Recommended to share the pasta among 2-3 people.
Dont forget dessert ! Good choice of delicious cakes !
Must have pavlova . Taste quite good. The char kue yiaw is too dry, it is like a fried kue tiaw.
Fot a chain. Service is attentive but not in your face. Food and coffee is good. Nasi Kerabu must try but spicy .
Salted egg squid was delicious. Nasi kerabu was a nice dish for sharing.
Steamed fish in lime and the unforgettable berry pavlova .
honey squid was awesome, the highlight for serai platter. pumpkin salad with grilled chic , not bad. velrhona choc cake was bad, very dry and thick. not a good way to end your meal.
The spaghetti carbonara is a favourite with the kids. I love their steamed fish .
Berry pavlova is excellent.
Very peaceful and quiet . Best place to get your pavlova and macaron
The beef rendang is too dry compared to the Madam Kwan. But, will come back for their Honey Squid , it's tasty...
Satays are excellent. Nice warm interior. Good service .
Had quite a high expectation for the Carbonara but it failed me, it was way too creamy. Would recommend to stick to their Nasi Kerabu instead because it never goes wrong ;)
Nasi kerabu 👍 friendly staff , worth the price.
The best looking Serai franchise out of em all....services are excellent so far...
have a taste of authentic Malaysian European decor.
a very pleasant experience with marvelous food
Best to have their Malay food. Salads aren't very good. Their mushroom salad was quite awful.
Nasi kerabu is good! Pavlova very nice too.
Beef burger is damn good, satay too!
Ceasar salad portion is abit small with only 3 slices of grilled chicken . Taste not bad. Affogato smells nice!!
Good choice of Kelantan delights.
Try the pandan creme brûlée .
The mee mamak goreng is surprisingly good! :O
Briyani lamb is awesome
Hazelnut rocher
Wanting for more 😍😋🍰
Corkage fee applies, if you bring your own cake .
Yummy salted egg squid ❤️😋
The food takes AGES to come. Only come if you're not too hungry.
Texas wrap Mexican wrap honey butter biscuits oh so yummy! Can get one hearty meal for 6 bucks plus free refills. - Neko Tachi
Very nice place! I've been living in this area for years, used to go to the sek19 one. Now there are two cafés! 😆 - Hazel W
Had Nasi Goreng Kampung which is just so-so but will definitely return for their HK style dessert, Mango with Sweet Fettuccine (which I believe some call it Coconut Noodles). Nicely done! - Rin
Try the Sizzling Chicken Chop - Grilled - Delicious! It's their signature. Tender meat. Everything is perfect except for their veggies. Should replace it with coleslaw instead. - Helena Ng
so Many electronic goods can be found here. go to All IT at the top floor. it's usually cheaper than the other outlets - John Tay
Delicious grilled lamb chop with a wow mint sauce at The Red Olive Restaurant! Set incl. barley drink and desert RM18.80 ! King's Pounder burger👍👍. Will be coming back to try D'Laksa Johor! - Maria D.
