The "biscuits " (American biscuits are a kind of pastry ) were delicious! And the free drink refills is a nice touch as well .

The Honey Butter Biscuits is yummy....overall the chicken taste great. El Paso Grill chicken well marinated. The cleanliness of the outlet is very poor. Floor is dirty and table not being clear.

Chicken was really hot , juicy and tender . Coleslaw and mashpotato was just okay. The biscuit was amazingggggsss . Service was kinda slow because there was only one register. ????

Food quality inconsistent. Can try as a change from kfc... Especially if you feel like eating fried chicken . Cleanliness also inconsistent.

Counter staff taking order was like blur blur and missed my request, and I had to remind her. Not sure if they're robots or humans.

The management need to put more concern in regards to the restaurant hygiene. Flies flying around and I witnessed the cleaner just simply wipe the table leaving bits and pieces of leftover food.

The served food is hot n fresh

Prefer the one at empire Dsara. Food here needs improvement. Coleslaw very raw

Very bad service. This store Manger need to be fired. The staff think is a play ground . I stay nearby and hope there is changes.
