A historic theatre perfect for everything from a comedy show to musical acts. It's small and broken up into 3 levels so there's not really a bad seat in the house. Seeing a concert here is a must!
Great venue. Fire safety issue to funnel all people out one exit, keep rest closed, and security personnel force you thru the main hall while people are stopped to use restrooms and buy merchandise.
Best acoustics of any theatre in New York. This is the ultimate place to enjoy a theatre performance .

Beautiful venue , one of my favorites in the city . I recommend the front two rows of the LOGE section for the best views & sounds.
If I'm even 30 percent interested in a show here, I'll go just because I love the room so much and know the artists will give it their best.
Beautiful venue , one of my favorites in the city . I recommend the front two rows of the LOGE section for the best views & sounds.
Awesome historic place to see a show. Not a bad seat in the house, though some are certainly better than others...
One of the best places in the city to catch a live performance . Fantastic old-time, authentic New York venue to see a band, with what feels like the original, upholstered seating.
you can also catch some of the chitlin circuit plays that hit this theater . Tyler Perry's stuff (I know), began playing on this circuit and many were at The Beacon. The Hotel is another great pla
Great place to see your favorite bands. This is a seating theatre so it can be annoying if you're seating next to a less than nice person.
Great place to see a concert . My fav spot is Row A of the 1st Mezz but really any seat is great. .
Great place in New York to see a concert . A lot of seating but still feels very intimate . The interior architecture is beautiful.

Outstanding sound. No bathrooms on the main level, so go down or up to find one.
Ive seen so many great artists here. Its very comfortable ... Not too big but big enough to attract some top names.
Great venue! Watch the parking garage around the block - cost was around $64 and it took over an hour to request our car, pay, and get it delivered to us.
If you are seated on front of far house left you may be distracted by people coming and going from backstage door.
Pre-game before you arrive. Drinks are exorbitantly priced! But the sound quality is worth the price of the ticket.

A beautifully restored 1920's movie house. Plenty of great places to eat/drink in the area for before/after the concert .
One of the greatest concert venues in New York!
Bryan Ferry - Roxy Music!Never again sitting in upper balcony back section where there's barely A/C- it's hot as hell!
This is a beautiful venue for sure, but if you're sitting in the balcony , expect subpar sound as the reverb is intolerable.
Gorgeous space with great acoustics
Old theater with great aesthetic but don't like the chairs for a concert .
Beautiful historic facility to watch a show. Seen Jerry Seinfeld and was great.
The venue staff was very nice and helpful, be nice to them, and they'll treat you right.
Intimate venue. Easy access to mass transit express train from Times Square.
Make sure to take in the great interior architecture including the metallic lion stage right of the balconies . I love the seats in this venue, movie theater style!
Went to see Seinfeld stand up. Ushers are so disrespectful & loud when seating latecomers. The first 20 mins if the show you couldn't hear anything over their walkie talkies/babbling
