Buying crickets ? Don't look for a person to help you. Instead go to the check out and have them order them for you, then just pay and an associate will bring them to you.

Mission Pet Store on Mission St at 25th St is so much cheaper, cleaner and locally owned.

Walter is Da Best groomer , he keeps the pets calm while they get groomed , definitely recommend him :)

Great place to go if you're looking for fish with ick! Best selection of unhealthy stock in the city !

I didn't know my birds were picky about their seeds, cuttlebones and millet snips. They prefer Petco brands. How about that?

Their carts can't leave the store; that is SO not useful.

I see they are starting to improve their customer service a bit. You still need a GPS to hunt someone down to help you though.
