Great service. Mid size hotel but feels smaller. The employees are very friendly . Will stay here again. It has beautiful views of the river . Ask for a room with a view .

Key location right on the water with a great trail to run. Ideal business center . Don't leave without hitting up the sushi bar for a Soco or Sebastian roll . Also the bar night staff is super chill .

Amazing hotel with great views of the ladybird lake , only if you take a room with a view . How ever the hotel has only one restaurant , which is in their lobby, so do go out for food.

Great location w access to downtown, SoCo and the river . Beautiful views from top floors. Small pool but good for cooling off from the TX heat

Rooms are comfortable and pretty. The conference space was well set up.

The food in the restaurant is great... even if the service can be a little on the slow side at times.

Really nice hotel with easy access to the restaurants and bars . Cab ride is less than 5 min!

The rooms that face the river have an awesome view . Get a high floor room.

Skip room service and order sushi at the lobby bar . Delicious and fresh and can be ordered to-go.

Check out the new Zilker ballroom - great for large groups, galas and plenty of parking in their garage

Great location. Cab is only 5 bucks to downtown and the rooms are fantastic. Get the room with the balcony . It's SO worth it.

Have a Lava Roll at the bar (sushi bar or otherwise). Twas delish! Squid ink tempura bits on it were unique and awesome.

The Hyatt's recommend running route up & down the riverbank is an awesome 4.5 miles. Great views & lots of locals.

Pack your noise cancellation headphones if you don't want to listen to non-stop James Taylor covers during Happy Hour . The lobby is a giant echo chamber.

This place has the best showers ever. It's like being slowly drowned in a massaging waterfall .

3rd floor patio is niiiiiish, sushi at the bar (Marker 10), gr8 amenities and views . A winner!

Hotel is dated. Stated at Hyatt place downtown and Westin downtown. Both way nicer.

The views are awesome!

3rd floor patios facing downtown are fairly large and and the view is really unparalleled. If you can afford it it's a real treat.

Love that Perks is open all day and well into the evening hours.

Sushi is amazing at Marker 10. Had an amazing bachelorette party here...the executive 2br suite is incredible!

You so have to have the SO CO Roll it is the best.

Cab ride from ACC (Cesar Chavez) is like $6w tip. Totally worth it if you're tired of waiting for the MIA shuttle.

Great view of Lady Bird Lake .

Get the number 10 bus to get dropped across the road from the hyatt and save yourself the massive walk to get there

Soco Roll at the sushi bar is a must to try.

Ask for a river view room.

Sushi in marker 10 is AMAZING! Wed-Sat Happy/Hour evenings...try the Sebastian Roll !

The Sushi here is fantastic!

15 minute walk from the convention center . Really not that bad. Not sure why everyone says u have to drive it.

The check in time is noon, also the bar doesn't open until noon :(
