IHOP is IHOP. You can't go wrong with that! It's big hearty breakfast portions.. Not necessarily my favorite but does the job!

Walked in at 6:30pm with no wait on a Saturday night. Quick service , good food. Get the red velvet pancakes while you can!

Great service! Great food! Go for dinner to avoid the Disney crowd. Ask for Tim! He'll take great care of you!

Ask to sit @debora's section . She is the friendliest and goes out of her way to make your breakfast , special.

The musty smell everyone complains about is gone. Looks like it's had a deep clean and refurb. Nice and modern now!

If you come on Sunday morning be prepared to park 3 blocks away, packed to capacity. Turn and burn baby

Try the sirloin tips, they are sweet and savory. The servers and cooks are so friendly , patient, and provide A+ service.

This is the WORST IHOP I have ever been in in Central Florida. I did not care that I had to wait for a table. I DID care that the table was dirty and it took 10 minutes for a server to greet us!

Time to eat!!!!

The closest ihop to the Disney , they do not have kids menus... The place smells ( literally) and servings are much smaller than in other ihops. Would not recommend.

Cheryl is a great waitress . Kind, friendly and quick.

Word of advice: go somewhere else! Servers are MISERABLE and yelling at hostesses . Haven't even been seated yet (and it been 30 min). Smells bad and their grade is not posted anywhere!
