Barry's reflects what millennials care most: efficiency. The class sure does get you sweat, but the floor (aka weight) portion pays 0% attention to your body alignment and correct posture.
Expect to run an 11 on the treadmill then lift immediately after for the best workout of your life! Pro tip: Ask to start on the floor to avoid the crowd and skip stretch to avoid the shower line .
Totally thought this was a liquor store on a drunken night. Turns out I burned 1000 calories and have 5% body fat now.
If you're a ClassPasser—they don't offer all times on CP, and the CP spots fill up fast. For flexibility in times, I recommend buying Barry's class packages.
Protein smoothies whose ingredients are totally customizable ready for you as you walk out of the workout room !
You are guaranteed to break a sweat during the classes here! All the trainers are amazing as well .
Great ass kicking workout led by hot trainers and the instructor constantly refers to you as a BAMF. Hilarious! Smoothies are good too - I like PBJ !
Barry's is hosting an awesome bootcamp to end cancer on 9/18! Great workout, but the locker room (at last the women's) is a complete clusterjam. There is not enough showers or even room to move around.
Walked in many times and have tried couple of their fuel bar shakes. They really reinvigorate you and taste amazing.
Tommy & Chris are the best here! Duck out of class while stretching at the end bc shower lines are a very real thing here
Barry's Bootcamp is pretty awesome for sure, but this location is a tiny one.
If you just want to work out for the sake of working out, Barry's does it job well . But if you're an athlete and/or want to train for performance , strength, and power, avoid this place at all cost.
You don't need to bring your own water - ask for a cup and use the fountain at the fuel bar
Feels like a bit of a sect but great, intense workouts and a neat little smoothie bar .
Awesome workout! Tommy pushes you til you're a sweaty mess. Smoothies are $8 but feels great after the workout.
Everyone knows Tuesday is the hardest day.
Order your smoothie before the class and it's ready when you're done.
Best workout in SF! You will leave feeling great!!
All the trainers are amazing but Erica is my favorite.
Joel and his themed playlists can probably get me through any atrocity.
Class was great! Barry's singing was hysterical! Almost as painful as the class :)
Super tough workout but totally worth it.
Kick butt workout for sure! Super nice facilities and a smoothie bar
Do not have a Philz before this class . You'll discover new bounds of uncomfortable.
Expensive but great workout!
Gabby is the best!
I feel like I got f*cked 7 different ways after this class . ????
I started doing CORE40 in May and have noticed that my body has gotten stronger and leaner! I really enjoy the classes and have found it to be an amazing addition to my workouts! - Megan Masters
Love this studio. Classes are challenging, instructors are kind, place is beautiful. Couldn't ask for anything else! - Allison
Fun but hard work out! The classes are Revolutions (spin) and Hip Hop Club. Both are super friendly to newcomers. It's nice, has toiletries, towels, & shoe rentals. Flagship studio is in Palo Alto - Cleo Young
A go-to spot for lunch, whether it be $3 soup, $5 sandwiches/wraps, $5 value meal, prepared salad and sushi... - Vanessa Vun
The mocha tesora is fantastic. Mint mojito is also a refreshing twist on traditional java. - Hannah Bastian
